Needing the Next Door Neighbor is book 6 from her California Dreamin' series and can be read as a stand alone. I hadn't read a book from the series prior to receiving an advanced copy but it was so good that I will now be buying all six of these books for my personal library!

Kristin's writing is so fun! The characters are relatable and I felt like I personally knew them! Side note - Feeling like I know the characters is one of the things I look for in a fiction book.

Kennedy and Ryan are the main characters and they are super easy to fall in love with! I was cheering for them both the whole read through! Their connection develops in such a natural and authentic way that it kept me reading along, and I couldn't wait to see what would come of Ryan and Kennedy!

If you are a rom com fan, you will love this book!!!
